Breakfast Slop

 

Husband was adamant he did not want slop for breakfast, stating that 'he'd get better food in prison'. Not that he meant it, or indeed knows what prison food is like. 

 

The dish was a combination of several leftovers – the Sloppy Toms turkey mix, the chilli sautéed tomatoes, some roasted vegetables and roasted potatoes, all topped with a fried egg. A great syn free start to the day!
