Mixed Bean Chilli
After
having spent all morning cooking and baking for the weekend, I was
glad to just reheat leftovers at lunchtime.
The
rest of the sausage and bean casserole (minus the sausages which were
already eaten) became a mixed bean chilli with the addition of chilli
flakes, cumin powder and oregano. Served with the leftover gallo
pinto mixed with the rest of the Fragrant Thai rice.
Maybe
a little bean overload.........
