Crushed bean Pitta

Having somewhat overdone the amount of ful I made a couple of days ago, I was left with a fairly large amount of crushed beans. So this is not really a recipe as such, more of an idea what to do for breakfast or a light lunch.

Serves 1 (Husband still not keen on beans for breakfast)
Syn Free on Extra Easy*

* Providing you use the pitta bread as your Healthy Extra B

¾ cup of crushed beans
1 pitta bread
2 tbsp fromage frais
1 tsp harissa paste

Toast the pitta bread and split open. Reheat the beans in the microwave or on the stove. Fill the pitta bread with the beans, adding fromage frais and harissa paste to taste.
